SAMPLE CONTAINERS/KITS
PCS provides appropriately cleaned sample containers, labels and chain of custody forms free of charge provided the sample containers used are returned to PCS for analysis. Bottles can be provided with the appropriate preservative as needed. No charges are assessed for local delivery of sample kits from PCS. Ground or air delivery charges for sample kits through other carriers will be passed on to the client at cost. The cost of return shipment of samples to PCS for analysis is the responsibility of the customer. PCS picks up the cost of shipping for any sub out work to associated laboratories.
